What we arrange for you

Skilled workers on our payroll
We recruit skilled workers in the Netherlands and abroad and employ them ourselves. They work on your project, and we remain their employer.
Checks in advance
We check references, diplomas, certificates and identity before anyone starts working for you.
Administration
Contracts, pay, sickness reports and holiday planning: we arrange all of this. You receive one invoice.
Working safely
If your project requires VCA, we make sure our skilled workers have a VCA diploma. As a VCU-certified agency, we work for VCA-certified companies.
Housing and transport
We arrange housing for our skilled workers, as close to the project as possible, and make sure they get there.
One fixed contact person
Our account managers come from the industry themselves. They speak the language of the work floor and visit the project regularly.

Temporary staffing and secondment

Our skilled workers are and remain employed by BWB Flex. We place them with you for a project or for a longer period, and we stay responsible for their contract, pay, housing and support. You have no employer costs or staff administration, and always one fixed contact person.
