Two BWB Flex workers on a construction site

Through BWB Flex, you are employed by us and you work on projects for our clients. We work according to the NBBU CAO for temporary workers, and we think a good, personal relationship with our people is important. That is why, in a first meeting, we talk openly about what you are looking for, what you can do and what you can expect from us.

Projects can be short or long, and when a job ends, we start looking for the next one for you straight away. If you need extra diplomas or certificates, we help you with training.

How it works

Email your CV to work@bwbflex.com, call us or visit our office in Cuijk.

  2. Get to know each other

  3. Start working

You get a contract under the CAO straight away. We arrange your housing and your health insurance.

While you work, we stay in touch and visit you at the project or your accommodation.

All about working through BWB Flex

Pay

Before you start, we agree your wage with you. This is a net wage, so you know exactly how much you take home. What you earn depends on your job, your experience and the number of hours you work.

You get paid every week. On Monday, you receive an advance, usually about 95% of your net weekly wage. On Thursday of the fourth week, you get the final settlement for that period.

Housing

We arrange your housing. For this, we rent guesthouses, houses, bed and breakfasts and chalets at holiday parks. We try to find housing for you within 35 kilometres of the project.

All our housing meets the requirements of the SNF certification. Because if you sleep well, you also work better.

Health insurance

In the Netherlands, health insurance is compulsory. Through BWB Flex, you are insured with HollandZorg, a health insurer that specialises in international workers. BWB Flex pays the full premium.

Transport

Many of our skilled workers come to the Netherlands in their own car and drive to the project together with colleagues. If you do not have your own car, BWB Flex can provide one for you.

Support

Dutch law and the CAO for temporary workers have a lot of rules. What are your rights and duties, and what are you responsible for yourself? We help you with all your questions, before, during and after your work.

While you work, we contact you regularly: by phone or with a visit to the project or your accommodation. You are also always welcome at our office. Feel free to ask questions: better one question too many than a misunderstanding.

Training and VCA

Does a project require a VCA diploma and you do not have one yet? Then we make sure you can take the course for free. You can take the exam in your own language. If specialist knowledge is needed, we offer those courses too.

Tools, workwear and PPE

Many skilled workers bring their own hand tools. If you do not have everything yourself, you can get tools from us. We also arrange workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and a helmet.

Contract and phase system

From your first working day, you have a contract under the CAO for temporary workers (NBBU). We discuss which type of contract it is before you start.

The CAO uses a phase system: the longer you work through us, the more rights you build up, for example the right to keep getting paid when there is no work for a while. In the end, you can get a permanent contract. When you sign up, we explain which phase you start in and what that means for you.

Pension

Through BWB Flex, you build up a pension with StiPP, the pension fund for the temporary staffing sector, in the extended Plus scheme. BWB Flex pays the contribution and every year you get an overview of what you have built up.

Have you worked through another staffing agency before? Then we take over the rights you have already built up. For the current conditions, see stippensioen.nl or ask us.
